Vera walked into the cafeteria looking for cam.
"ver!" her friends were waving to her to come sit.
She smiled slightly. "later." she said.

Cam was leaning against a tree listening to his i-pod. Alone as usual, he bobbed his head and fit peices of metal together.

Pulling out his ear buds, he looked up at her, "About yesterday...I can't tell you much but you have to trust me okay? It's not really normal for...um...people like you to see hell hounds or anything like that okay? You're not like me."
