ok guys im seriously like scared out of my mind right now... no joke... there is a lump about the size of a nickle on my neck... and it hurts like crap.... i dont know what it is and its like in my throat.... its not protruding or anything its just a lump... in my neck and i can feel it when i rub my hands on my neck and it hurts really badly...

It's a lymph noid thing. I got freaked out once to. It's just swollen it will go away in about a week.
